Customer Release Notes: Version 10.16

What’s new in the Rosslyn Platform?

We have improved the user journey for logging issues and/or new ideas easily in Rosslyn. The speech bubble icon has two options: "Feedback" and "Raise a Support Ticket".

1. Feedback: This is the option to use when you have great new ideas that could help Rosslyn become a better Procurement tool for everybody or just your business. This option is specifically for features that aren't available currently but you think are a great addition to Rosslyn to make your journey on Rosslyn simpler and more effective. Example: Being able to view Sustainability scores.

2. Raise a Support Ticket: This is the option to use if you encounter an issue with Rosslyn. Example: A screen crashes or is unusually slow or a calculation seems wrong.

In both cases, please help us with as much information as you can provide.
