Rosslyn Platform
Customer Release Notes
Version 10.2

What’s new in the Rosslyn Platform
1.1. Ability to Add, Edit and Delete a flat dimension value as a Client Administrator
Users with the Client Administrator role type can now add, edit and delete a value within a flat dimension. The dimension needs to be a taggable dimension.
A ‘Rest’ option has been added to the dashboard and data reports to allow users to quickly return to the saved report defaults. If any un-saved changes have been made to the report, such as column selection/de-selection or dimension selection, the reset option will revert to the saved report settings.
1.3. Multiple Fact Tables - Internal
Within the Rosslyn Platform, customers can now have multiple fact tables
2.1. Default Filter Wizard – How can they cancel?
This new option in the Settings menu, allows the user to return to the Filter Wizard to adjust any default settings. The default dashboard and data reports will be updated if changes are made.
2.2. Default Icon for Saved Reports
We have introduced a default icon that will be used if no selection is made when saving a dashboard or data report.
2.3. Default Tagging Dimension Order
When a user selects the options within a data report, the default tagging dimension will be driven by the order set in the Admin settings by RDT.
The wording within the Tagging Submission window has been changed. The ‘Save’ button has been changed to ‘Submit’ and the wording in the window has been changed from ‘Please enter form justification for the approver to review’ to ‘Please provide information to the approver (required)’.
When a user creates a ‘Favourite’ they can choose if their main default is a dashboard or data report. Furthermore, users can now save the Spend Dashboard reports as favourites.
The Blank Operator can now be selected in the filters to return data with empty dates in the selected date fields e.g. blank payment dates.
3.2. ‘Save As’ option bug resolved – Now makes a new copy instead of updating the old report
Issues resolved with the ‘Save As’ feature that ensures the correct behaviour when the ‘Save As’ option is used. A new copy is now taken and no longer overrides the previous favourite.
